Diana is a Partner in London and advises global clients on a variety of critical communication issues, with a focus on capital markets and investor communication. She advises on strategic communications in financial situations including SPAC listings and business combinations, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism and cross border transactions involving financial, social and/or regulatory complexities. Diana joined Brunswick in 2013 from UBS Investment Bank where she was in the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors group in London and Hong Kong, working on private equity buyouts and exits.

Diana holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
